Where are you located?
Boho Hair Collective is located in the heart of the vibrant and bustling Northeast Minneapolis Arts District. You can find us at 1519 Central Ave NE. Just look for the black door farthest to the left with 1519 at the top.
Where should I park?
We’ve got you covered. There is a parking lot with free parking for all stylists and clients, and you’re welcome to park anywhere in the lot for the duration of your appointment. No meters, no stress.
How do I make an appointment?
Alyssa’s schedule is available directly through the “Book An Appointment” tab. Since all of our stylists are independent artists, you can also head to the Stylists page and click on your preferred stylist’s name to access their personal booking link. Prefer a more personal touch? You can call, text, or fill out our new client form on the Contact page. Clients must have a card on file to schedule an appointment.
What’s your cancellation policy?
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Less than 48 hours notice will result in 50% of the scheduled services being charged to the payment method on file. Less than 24 hours notice will result in 75% of the service charges. Same day cancellation and no-shows will be charged for 100% of the scheduled services. Please be communicative and let your stylist know ASAP if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment.
What services do you offer?
We offer color, cut, styling, extensions, and bridal services. Please visit our services page to learn more.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, cash, and Afterpay on amounts over $300. When leaving gratuity, cash tips are preferred.
How do I know what service to book?
New client or not sure what to book? Call or text (612) 424-9817 and we will be happy to answer any questions and get you scheduled.
What color and product lines do you carry?
At Boho Hair Collective, we pride ourselves on using only the best, low-tox, and gluten-free products for your hair. We carry Oligo Calura color for stunning, vibrant results without the harsh chemicals. Our product lines include Oligo, Kevin Murphy, and Cult + King, all committed to low-tox ingredients that nourish your hair and respect the planet.
What is The Crystal Loft?
The Crystal Loft is our upstairs sister space located inside Boho Hair Collective in the Northeast Minneapolis Arts District. Part metaphysical boutique and part self-care sanctuary, The Crystal Loft offers crystals, tarot decks, candles, incense, clean beauty products, books, jewelry, wellness services, workshops, and little treasures you absolutely didn’t plan on buying.
